These days nearly everyone either has a need for or wants more money flowing into their household but don’t seem to have the time to fit anything else into their busy schedules to be able to make that happen.

Being more efficient with the use of your time will enable you to accomplish a lot and quicker than you might think.

Most people work during the day so it would probably be easier for most people to write out their plan before going to bed at night.

Start out by making a list of the things you want to accomplish the next day and schedule several things to coincide with each other wherever possible.

One example is to plan your trips to the dry cleaners, grocery store, mall, post office, etc. to coincide with your commute to and/or from work.

While you are already out of your house for the day, take care of as many things as you possibly can outside of the home before returning.

For the other things you have left to do at home such as taking care of the mail and bills, mowing the lawn, watering the plants, trimming the shrubs, doing the laundry, etc., make sure you set aside a specific time and a specific amount of time to get them done.

Never try to do a job that would normally take a week in 1 day. Pace yourself and break the chores down into 1 or 2 hour time periods and do one or two particular jobs each day.

When dealing with mail and bills, take care of the mail as soon as you receive it, answering all letters immediately and paying the bills as soon as possible.

If you can’t pay a bill immediately, make a note on the envelope of when you plan to pay it and place it in a visible place as a reminder.

Whatever you do, don’t get into the habit of letting it pile up on you because things can be missed or forgotten.

It will become easier to find the extra time you need to build your home based business and make the extra income you want once you get organized and start working your plan.

Last but not least make sure you set aside time to relax a little and time to spend with your loved ones.

Everyone needs time to unwind every now and then. Your loved ones need to know that you are there for them and there when they need you as well.

If you want to earn extra income you can choose to start a home based business whenever you want and in whatever niche you feel comfortable with.

However, the key is getting organized.

Organize and work your plan on a daily basis and on a time schedule and you will see that the more organized you become the more productive and happier you will become as well.
