Today was a very productive one for me.  I visited a number of websites, read a few blogs, read a couple of eBooks, and worked on my own blog.

I visited the websites because I wanted to check out the blogs of other Internet Marketers, especially those marketers that I admire the most.  I had visited many of the websites before, but today I visited them with a different mindset and purpose.  I viewed them not only to read the information they had to offer, but to also focus on the structure, the layout, and the style of the websites and blogs.

I found in visiting the professional marketer’s blogs that though they may have different styles of writing and all of their websites are different, ultimately there is a common thread that runs among them.

First of all, it’s obvious that they are professional and are very good at what they do.  Their websites and blogs are beautifully designed and inviting.  It was evident that great care was taken in building the websites and blogs and I got the impression that they care about their customers and their online image as well. 

I found that they provided good quality information in a variety of subjects that is both helpful and useful in today’s world.  They were all giving in nature and some of them tended to over deliver, which is a good thing, especially when viewed through the eyes of a potential customer.

From the eBooks I read, I gained a little more insight into what it takes to be successful in Internet Marketing.  I learned several new strategies and techniques.  However, I was not at all surprised to find out that to be successful at internet marketing as with anything else, there is a process to go through and a proven system that needs to be followed.  It also takes focus, determination and hard work.  If you follow the system and put in the work, it will certainly lead to success.
