When you do the research then write the article, you get a feel for writing and you also gain the experience and know how.

When you are starting out, your goal should be to make money writing articles and not spend money to have them written for you.

Later on, when you’ve learned how to research the information to write your own articles, written a fair amount of articles, and once you have experienced some success, then you might consider using a ghost writer or free lance writer to help you with your articles.
